GOLD IS BACK IN STYLE
Gold futures rose a 3rd straight session today to close at $930.10 and mints around the world are reporting a massive increase in the demand for gold coins. The Royal Canadian Mint has quadrupled their output of Maple Leaf bullion coins while The United States Mint said sales of its one-ounce American Eagle gold bullion coins rocketed to 710,000 ounces in 2008, from 140,000 ounces a year before.
